PURPOSE:
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that the transfer of data from each of the CNMI P20W partner angency source to the CNMI Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) P20W data warehouse is secure and efficient with the goal of protecting its integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information. Additionally, this policy establishes the expectations for regular data refresh intervals and the timely updating of each data source to maintain the accuracy and relevance of the information within the system.

SCOPE:
The policy applies to all pointed P20W Data Goverance Committee (DGC) members (data stewards & IT reps), DGC proxies, CNMI P20W Executive Leadership, respective vendors and all other parties involved in the transfer of data to the SLDS P20W data warehouse. It covers all forms of data transfer.
